For this dress I started with a now out of print Butterick Pattern for a mock wrap dress (B5001) in size 22 (according to the pattern package).

I modified the bust to wrap a bit more securely and fit my shorter stockier torso… they made that pattern for the average woman, whom they think is 5’8″. I also added a longer flutter sleeve more commonly found in vintage designs. Like these.

All together this project went together in about 3 hours with the longest part of course being the cutting.
